Building the brand and digital foundation for AI-powered operating rooms

About the project
VitVio is a healthtech company founded by AI engineers and product experts, focused on transforming how hospitals run their operating rooms. The team aims to help hospitals deliver safer, more efficient care through data-driven insight.
Their AI-powered computer vision platform monitors surgical workflows in real time, detecting deviations and bottlenecks. These insights support hospitals in improving safety, optimizing team coordination, and increasing weekly surgical throughput.

Challenge
VitVio needed a credible identity to stand out among healthtech competitors and earn trust from hospitals and investors. The goal was a distinctive design, decision-maker–focused website, and scalable brand system to support growth and investor outreach, and long-term market credibility.

Our process
Throughout the project, we focused on pairing a clear strategy with strong visual execution to help VitVio position itself as a dependable partner for hospitals and healthcare innovators.
We researched healthcare technology, competitors, and hospital decision processes to identify trust factors and communication needs for VitVio.
